1. Urea Formaldehyde (UF) Resin Plants
UF resins are the most widely used adhesives in the forest products industry due to their fast curing times and cost-effectiveness.
- Main Applications: Particleboard (PB), Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), Plywood, and glass/stone wool binders.
- The Atılım Solution: Our plants are designed to achieve strict E0 and E1 emission standards. Through advanced PLC-controlled pH and temperature ramping, we ensure high bonding strength and low free-formaldehyde levels in every batch.
2. Melamine Formaldehyde (MF) Resin Plants
MF resins are preferred for applications requiring superior hardness, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.
- Main Applications: Decorative laminates (HPL/LPL), melamine-faced boards (Suntalam/MDFlam), paper impregnation, and dinnerware.

3. Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) Resin Plants
PF resins (Phenolic resins) are essential for products requiring extreme water resistance and durability. The production of PF resins is highly exothermic and requires sophisticated engineering.
- Main Applications: Marine-grade plywood, exterior construction panels, brake linings, foundry sands, and abrasive grinding wheels.
