1. Polymerization Reactors

• Material: High-grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel.
• Thermal Management: Internal and external (limpet/jacket) cooling and heating systems designed to manage the heat of the reaction with extreme precision.
• Agitation: Optimized anchor or propeller-type agitators to ensure uniform particle size and emulsion stability.
• Reflux Condenser: High-capacity condensers to prevent monomer loss and maintain pressure stability.

2. Raw Material Dosing & Feeding Systems

• Liquid Dosing: Automated weighing and feeding stations for Vinyl Acetate monomers, protective colloids (PVA alcohol), initiators, and plasticizers.
• Powder Handling: Integrated systems for transferring powders from Big-Bag stations into the reactor via screw conveyors or pneumatic systems.

3. Neutralization & Modification Tanks

4. Filtration & Storage

• Basket or bag filters to remove gels and undesirable particles, ensuring a smooth final product.
