MIXERS

Mixer Machines are high-speed mixers and shredders designed for pre-dispersion / dispersion processes in all kinds of mixing and solids in a wide range of viscosities. It is ensured that liquid products and powders are mixed homogeneously.
Mixers can be manufactured with 50-1000 liters of mobile boiler, over 1000 liters fixed boiler. Depending on the demand, pneumatic system can be applied at different levels by applying moving lid.

Wall Mixers:

Wall mixers are used to make pigments and resins with suitable solvents as soon as possible. Especially designed for vertical column. According to the balance weight and valve bed system, the mixing shaft moves vertically, safely and smoothly. All of these properties move together with the wheel.

Paint Mixers:

The mixers are also designed for the mixing of non-foaming products at high speed (50-1500 rpm). The speed setting in the paint mixers can be adjusted via the inverter.

Putty Mixers:

It is a multi-purpose mixer designed for various mixing processes of pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and similar sectors. Sizes and strengths may vary according to the characteristics of the product to be mixed.

Laboratory Mixers:

Continuous speed and time display on digital screen. With advanced technology PID control, the speed remains constant, even though the viscosity of the product changes. It is manufactured from a vibration-free in-and-out mechanism. The mixer heads, such as the propeller rotor, are made of stainless steel. It is manufactured with safety measures in CE standards. It's very quiet.

Final Note: The best results are achieved with the measures shown on the next diagram. The disk's peripheral speed must reach 18-22 m/s. The shaft speed is shown on the digital display.
